Are property division and cash flow the same thing?
No. Property division is an analysis of what you have at the time of divorce. It’s a review and division of assets in liabilities in one or both of your names. Cash flow is a forward-looking analysis of a budget and the income needed to meet that budget. Property division resolutions award and/or divide assets and liabilities, while cash flow resolutions outline payments from one party to the other or sharing of expenses moving forward.
