Questions

Can we each have different childcare providers on our separate parenting time?

While it’s probably permissible to do this, it may be difficult to implement and not provide the best consistency for the children. Parents may choose different childcare providers during their respective parenting times if it aligns with the children's best interests and does not cause confusion or inconsistency. However, it is important to communicate and agree on basic standards of care and ensure that both providers are informed about the children's needs, routines, and emergency contacts.
