Do I have to disclose assets to my spouse that are in my name alone?
Yes. All assets and liabilities must be disclosed to your spouse and considered in the overall property division. While you can agree to each keep all of your individually titled assets, you are required to disclose everything so you both have a full understanding of your financial situation. How an asset or liability is titled doesn’t impact whether or not it is a shared asset.
