Do I have to start over if the collaborative process is terminated?

Upon the termination of the collaborative process, your collaborative attorney will help transfer your file to a court-based attorney.  Some of the financial work you have done may be transferred as well and all documents gathered will be passed on to efficiently transition to new representation.
