If we have already divided our personal property and furnished separate households, do we have to go through all personal use assets?

No. If you have already divided all personal use assets in a satisfactory way between you, you do not need to outline all assets and work through a division. You can provide a high-level description of the division in your divorce decree and award each party the personal use assets currently in each of your possession.
