Questions

We have changed our child support agreement informally, do we need to file something with the court?

It is best to file an updated child support agreement and have a new order put in place.  If you choose to not update a Court filing, you could be held to the original agreement. If you decide not to update your filing, keep all documentation of the change in case it ever becomes an issue in the future.
