Everything in either one of your names or jointly titled needs to be disclosed and then looked at as a whole. Some jurisdictions may consider the financial arrangements implemented during your marriage in the final division of assets. More likely, the lack of sharing of assets and liabilities during the marriage will not impact the outcomes.
