What do I do if my spouse and I cannot agree on a process?

Litigation can be initiated by one party while most other processes require both parties to agree.  If there is no alignment on process, litigation may be the only option. Once litigation is commenced, mediation or another alternative dispute resolution (ADR) method will likely be ordered by the Court so you can attempt to resolve issues without going to Court.
