What if we disagree on an extracurricular expense for the children?
Extra-curricular activities are often considered discretionary expenses and not required to be shared. If one parent doesn’t want to pay for a particular expense, it may not be required. In this situation, it is often best to negotiate and see if you can reach some sort of agreement to share the expense in a different way than other expenses or the party that wants the extracurricular activity may have to pay for it all.
