What is the difference between a solo attorney and an attorney at a firm?
A solo attorney works alone or with a very small support staff, like an assistant or paralegal. An attorney in a firm often has more resources and other attorneys and/or staff affiliated with their practice. There may be differences in anticipated expenses and how your attorney will address your case that you should understand before hiring a solo attorney or attorney at a firm.
