Questions

Will our mediator draft final paperwork for the Court?

In most jurisdictions, a mediator is a neutral party and cannot draft up final papers for filing in the Court. Your mediator will typically provide a written memorandum of agreements or an outline for lawyers to draft for Court. Some mediators provide a binding mediation agreement that the parties then submit to the Court.
