Module Notes

Your attorney is your employee – you have a right to feel good about the relationship. Don't hesitate to address your concerns and take proactive steps to find a resolution that better serves your needs and objectives.

If you are unhappy:

  • Address your concerns promptly and consider your options moving forward.
  • Schedule a meeting with your attorney to discuss your dissatisfaction and communicate your specific concerns openly and constructively.
  • It may be helpful to seek a second opinion from another qualified attorney.
