What if I moved my separate assets into a joint account?

The titling of assets may or may not impact the legal analysis on non-marital or separate property.  In some states, moving individual assets into a joint account may make the asset a shared one as you may have demonstrated an intention to make the asset shared. In other states, the title on assets may not impact the ownership and it will remain with you if it was from prior to marriage or inherited.
